Anyway, he sang a song…"One Night With You" is all I been praying for.
Remember the song?

Well, I just wrote you a poem called:
"One Day With You, Karen".

When the sun comes up in the morning,
Guess who I want to have by my side?
Right on...You, my sweet Princess!
At the start of each day from henceforth,
I want you there with me...I will bring you coffee, etc. (Ha!)
That would be the start of a perfect day!
To open my brown eyes each morning
And see you there beside me will be so wonderful.
You have made my dreams come true,
And I have decided to let my heart rule.
One Day With You, My Lovely Karen
Is all it took for me to be hooked!
Just to start my day with you is absolutely incredible and FUN-tastic.
Looking at you wake up with those emerald green eyes,
And stretching your arms around...
And then holding me so tight...
Watching you smile as I kiss you passionately;
One Day With You makes everything seem so right!
One Day With You, Karen...
Knowing that when I go to work,
I have the thought of you waiting for me upon my return.
This makes my day!
Waiting, yet anticipating your love...
And your sweet lips upon mine!
To rush home to you and open the door...
Seeing you there before me dressed so elegantly most times times,
And yet others...with skimpy clothes on…
And motioning me to come over and hold you in my arms again!
This is all so breathtaking.
One Day plus 50 years...With You...is what I'm praying for!
When I look at you,
I feel such a tingle inside,
Especially, when I see the sparkle in your incredible green eyes!
Every part of my being reaches out to you...
To love you, caress you, hold you, and observe your beauty.
This is why I need One Day With You...everyday for the next 50 years!
It is not by coincidence, happenstance, or accident
That we lovingly and tenderly met.
Time, destiny, hope, and God brought us together.
Our time is getting better and better
As we spend it with one another...And most of all,
It is bringing us closer and closer together forever!
