The Love That Lasts

The Love That Lasts

Some love lasts a lifetime.
Unfortunately, others do not.
True love lasts forever.
When love is incredible, there is no greater emotion!
Darling, what I feel for you is unforgettable and so incredible!
Sometimes, love is like playing a piano...
First, you must learn to play by the rules.
But sometimes, you must forget the rules...
And play from your heart.
As I reach up to hold a star
And sit by a burning fire,
Being with you is my greatest desire!
You always bring me lots of smiles...
Regardless of our travels and a long highway of many miles.

We all want to fall in love.
Love makes us feel completely alive.
Our every sense is heightened...
Our every emotion is enlightened...
We feel as if we are flying into the heavens...
The memories that we treasure
Are ours for the rest of our lives!
Our relationship of love is solid.
Sometimes, a love relationship can be like the sand
That is held in our hand.
If we open our hands fully, the sand remains with us.
If we attempt to close our hands
And squeeze too tightly...
The sand trickles through our fingers.

Our love relationship is open and honest...
Filled with respect and freedom for each other.
Our love will remain intact. Why?
Because we are not too possessive or wound too tight.
Our love is full of acceptance...Truly loving you has brought
New meaning into my life! We are NOT perfect persons.
However, I have learned to love you Not because you are a perfect person,
But by learning to see and love you as an imperfect person lovingly!
Does this make any sense? Loving you deeply gives me strength!
Being loved by you deeply gives me courage.
You have made me laugh again! Sometimes, love has no rhyme or reason.
It just is. Sometimes, the ones without reason last the longest.
Sometimes we not only marry someone we can live with,
But we also marry the person whom we cannot live without!
